c) X’ s Competition Licence is suspended from today’ s date, 10th September 2026 for a period of 3 months until 10th December 2026 but this licence suspension shall itself be suspended on condition that X does not incur any penalty points during the 3-month period to 10th December 2026.
d) X is to pay a contribution to the costs of these proceedings in the sum of £ 500.
