What is your earliest memory of motorsport?
I have grown up with the influence of motorsport around me, as my great grandad was a BriSCA F1 Stock-car driver. My first memory is the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in 2015. Me and my dad got up ridiculously early and walked miles with our camping chairs to be sat at the front and get the best view. We were sat there from 6am!
What has been the highest high in your career to date?
Winning the Ginetta Junior Scholarship in 2022, because to beat 60 other entrants was a huge high and it enabled me to make the transition from karts to cars. It marked a huge progression in my career, and I would not be where I am today without that opportunity!
What has been the lowest low in your career so far?
One year, I lost a sponsor very late before the start of the season, which put us in jeopardy of even making it on a grid at all. It put a lot of pressure on us all as a family, but my parents were extremely supportive as they always have been. They sacrificed more than ever to get me on the grid that year and I will be forever grateful for that.
What has been the biggest and best opportunity you have had?
Being selected by the Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans Academy Programme to join F1 Academy this season. To race as a support series to F1 and get the opportunity to join an F1 team to see how they operate is a dream come true! It’ s a great chance for me to learn and further my career.
Revolution- June 2025
What are your aims and when do you want to get there?
My short-term goal is to win the F1 Academy Championship. Long-term, I would love to keep progressing as high up the single-seater ladder as possible, which will only happen if I continue to perform and deliver results. I am currently focused on working as hard as possible to have success in every single race I compete in.
If you could get career advice from one person in motorsport, who would it be?
Sebastian Vettel. I had the privilege of meeting him recently in his # Race4Women Event in Jeddah and he was so welcoming and friendly. He is a huge inspiration for me and obviously has had a hugely successful career, so I would love to spend some more time chatting with him.
What is the biggest thing you have learned from your time with the Academy so far?
The importance of a thorough a post-race weekend debrief. I have learnt to explore every single possible avenue and consider every different factor that may have influenced a decision or result and use this to my advantage and learn from it.
How are you doing this year and what has been the biggest challenge?
This season has been a big learning curve for me with a different car, different circuits and a new team. I have had a lot to get used to and I am still learning and gaining confidence with every lap I complete in the car. We have made great progress so far, achieving a podium in every race weekend we have attended.
