3. Doctors 3.6. Doctor( S) Licence
3.6.1. GMC registered Resident Doctors who have completed their foundation programme are no longer Residents and require supervision. Supervision requirements must be discussed and arranged with the Chief Medical Officer of the Event which they are working at.
Appendix 11- Emergency and Medical Officials
12. ASN Approved Commercial Medical Provider
12.1.. Commercial medical providers should be approved by the ASN and detailed on the ASN Approved Commercial Medical Provider list published on the ASN Website.
12.2. Medical personnel working for an ASN Approved Commercial Medical Provider do not require an ASN Licence but must comply with the requirements of ASN Approved Commercial Medical Providers.
12.3. Public liability and medical indemnity insurance is required and will not be provided by the ASN. ASN Licensed medical personnel working on behalf of an ASN Approved Commercial Medical Provider will not be covered by the ASN.

12.13. Incident Reporting
12.13.1. An ASN Patient Report Form( PRF) must be fully completed for each individual treated and returned to medicalreport @ motorsportuk. org.
