Appendix 5- Clerks of the Course
12. General
22.2. The Clerk of the Course for a Clubman Junior Competitive Safari must hold a valid Clerk of the Course Event Official Registration issued by the ASN. For an Interclub and higher status Junior Competitive Safari the Clerk of the Course must hold a valid Clerk of the Course Licence valid for that grade of Event.

Appendix 6 – Technical Commissioners, Technical Officials including Scrutineers, Eligibility and Environmental Scrutineers
5.1. Eligibility Scrutineers must be licensed Scrutineers and must always work in conjunction with the Event Chief Scrutineer or a Technical Commissioner regarding Judgements of Fact.
PART A Appendix 10 – Rescue Crew and Rally Recovery Crew
2. Training
2.1. Rescue Crew should refer to the ASN Rescue Pathway for details of trainee period and requirements and maintenance of licence.
2.2. All Emergency Vehicle Crew Rally Recovery crew members should attend at least two training sessions a year, at least one of which must be facilitated by an appropriate Motorsport UK ASN registered Rescue or Rally Recovery Trainer, as well as several Motorsport UKASN-permitted Events to maintain their efficiency and status. Licensed crew members will not be automatically re-licensed on the basis of attending assessment days only. Training sessions provided by an appropriate Motorsport UK ASN registered Rescue or Recovery Trainer may be used as licence signatures. Regional Rescue or Rally Recovery Trainers can be contacted via the ASN Motorsport UK.
