8. X is required to complete a minimum of 8 hours of instruction by an independent ARDS grade‘ A’ or‘ S’ instructor selected from the Motorsport UK approved list and whose identity must first be notified to those at Motorsport UK.
9. On completion of that training the instructor shall provide a written report to Motorsport UK’ s Head of Race detailing X’ s participation, conduct and perceived improvement in respect of his driving and competence to hold a Competition Licence.
10. If that report is considered satisfactory X may apply for his Competition Licence to be returned from that date which is not to be before 10th December 2026, namely 3 months from today’ s date, 10th September 2026.
11. In the event that his Competition Licence is returned to X, the suspension of his licence from 10th September 2026 to 10th June 2027 shall itself be suspended on condition that he does not incur any further penalty points on during the period to 10th June 2027.
12. X is ordered to pay a contribution to the costs of these proceedings in the sum of £ 500.00
