Matthew Hirst and Declan Dear wrapped up the Pirelli Motorsport UK Welsh Rally Championship winning the Wyedean Stages and the overall title for the fifth time. They were quickest on the opening Speech House stage and never looked back. With Harry Stubbs codriving, this was Liam Clark’ s first time on these particularly tricky stages. After a wrong call on tyres, things did get better, finishing second after an excellent campaign. Third overall was local hero Bob Morgan with Ade Williams alongside.
The British Truck Racing Championship closed the 2025 season in style at Brands Hatch where Ryan Smith and Jake Evans charged to title glory. In Division 1, history was made, as Smith capped off a decade of dominance in the championship with his recordequalling tenth title, an accolade that draws him level with Stuart Oliver on the all-time winners’ list. In Division 2, Evans and Callum Eason took their battle for supremacy down to the very final race, where Evans emerged victorious on his debut season.

British Rallycross Championship
Irishman Derek Tohill claimed a second career Motorsport UK British Rallycross Championship 5 Nations Trophy title at Lydden Hill earlier this month. Tohill made the best start in the Round 10 final on Saturday but, on the second lap, reining champion Patrick O’ Donovan made a bid for the lead – but contact between them put O’ Donovan out. 5 Nations BRX debutant Andrea Dubourg claimed a maiden win, while second place was enough for Tohill to secure the 2025 crown with a round to go. In Round 11, a penalty denied O’ Donovan the win, and promoted Tolhill and Dubourg to first and second.
