Dunoon Presents Argyll Rally 20th-21st June, Kirn, Dunoon PA23 7RL
The Fuchs British Historic Rally Championship enjoys its only asphalt event of the season at the Argyll Rally. As the 2025 roster shifts into the second half, Adam Milner [ Category 2 ] and Baz Jordan [ Category 4 ] are currently tied for the lead of the BHRC standings, but in Category 3, David Crossen has secured two wins so far in an ongoing competitive category battle.
Still shocked by the death of its 2022 co-driver champion Dai Roberts, the Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship will assemble for Round 4, the Dunoon Presents Argyll Rally, with both a heavy heart and wanting to honour the spirit in which the incredibly popular Welshman went rallying – with passion, camaraderie and sportsmanship. 16 stages totalling 67.5 stage miles are planned on closed roads in and around the picturesque Cowal Peninsula.
The Asset Alliance Group Scottish Rally Championship resumes with two days of closed road stages in Argyll. 2024 Champion Euan Thorburn and Paul Beaton lead the Championship protagonists in their Polo R5, with the similar cars of Hugh Brunton and Drew Sturrock, Rory Young and Jamie Edwards, plus the Proton Satria Evo of Mark McCulloch and Michael Hendry ready to provide stiff competition.
