2.3. The Event Chief Scrutineer and members of the Technical Commission will be Judges of Fact in respect of eligibility and when acting together with such a person then an Eligibility Scrutineer will be a Judge of Fact in accordance with Ch. 2 App. 8 Art. 1.8.

4. Marshals
4.1. Marshals( Ch. 5 Art. 20.4) shall patrol between the course and all unfenced Enclosures. Those stationed outside the pits or paddock or Enclosures. Should be warned to remain behind protective barriers in the event of an impending incident.
4.2. Marshals shall be briefed on their duties and wear no clothing the colour of which might be confused with Signal colours and / or Light Boards where applicable.
4.3 Marshals must be holders of a current Marshals Registration issued by the ASN valid for their duties at an Event.

Radios and the transmission of electronic signals
4.17. Mobile phones, or tablet any other devices capable of receiving / transmitting data via WiFi and / or the mobile data network, are prohibited from being carried in or used within the competing Vehicle whilst on the Circuit Course, with the exception of those devices specifically designed for data-logging and incapable of showing information pertaining to other competitors’ Vehicles( Article 4.12 to 4.16 also applies)

3. Medical Arrangements, Emergency Rescue Vehicles and Equipment( Ch. 11)
3.2. The appropriate number of ASN Licensed Doctors, ASN Licensed Registered Paramedics and Ambulances must be present throughout Practice and Racing located in accordance with the Track Licence.
3.3. Provided that the basic minimum of one ASN Licensed Doctor is complied with the remaining posts shall be filled with either ASN Licensed Registered Paramedics( Ch. 11) or ASN Licensed Doctors appointed to the Event at the sole discretion of the Chief Medical Officer
