2.5. The penalty at Art. 2.2. a, 2.3. b, 2.4. b above may only be Appealed to the National Court as an Eligibility Appeal under Art. 1.15 above.
2.6. Where relevant, the Penalties at Art. 2.2 – 2.4 above also apply in the case of Manufacturer Championship awards. This Penalty cannot be Appealed per se but will be removed if the Competitor brings a successful Appeal to the National Court under Art. 1.16 above.
2.7. Guideline Penalties for Technical Breaches A schedule of suggested Penalties is provided within the Judicial Procedures Guidelines published on the Motorsport UK Website.
