for scrutiny on command of the Officials of the Event including any specific arrangements for safety and / or eligibility Scrutineering mandated by the Official Documents and / or any conditions of Entry and Signing On.
1.10. Any false declaration by a Competitor in relation to the eligibility of a competing Vehicle and / or any Competitor Personal Safety Equipment must be reported to the Clerk of the Course and to the ASN by the ASN Steward of the Event( where applicable).
1.11. Vehicles approved by the Scrutineers shall be issued with a Scrutineering Label to be placed in / on the Vehicle in a location visible to an Official.
1.12. Organisers must provide a designated area for Vehicle scrutiny and ensure that suitable secure facilities exist for the retention of Vehicles involved in Serious Incidents.
1.13. Medical facilities and / or arrangement including suitable Rescue Vehicles must be provided in accordance with App. 5 to this Chapter and Chapter 11.
1.14. Prior to Practicing and / or qualifying for the Competition at the Event a Driver who has not raced at the Circuit in the configuration being used for the Competition must report to the Clerk of the Course or a Deputy who will specifically brief the Driver before they start Practice.
1.15. Unless authorisation has been granted by the ASN there shall be no session which combines Vehicles with exposed wheels with closed Vehicles( i. e. saloons etc)
2. Joker Lap 2.1. Characteristics:

Length: must be such that the time needed to cover a lap is at least 2 seconds longer than the best lap time achieved by a Super Car.
b. Width: minimum 10 m, maximum 12 m. c. The entry and the exit cannot be on the racing line. d.
Safety protection to separate the two roads must be in place. At the exit it must be possible for the Vehicles to be driving at the same speed as on the traditional Circuit.
e. A Marshal Post will be put in place if judged necessary for safety reasons.
2.2. The Driver must enter or leave the Joker Lap section in such a way that does not constitute a danger or hinder other Drivers. At the exit of the Joker Lap section the Vehicles on the main track have priority.
2.3. Those Drivers who do not take the Joker Lap:

In a Heat will receive a time penalty of 30 seconds. The penalty for Drivers who take it more than once will be decided by the Clerk of the Course.
In a Final or who take it more than once will be classified last in that Final before the non-starters( except Art. 7.9 below). If this concerns more than one Driver they will be classified in the order of their respective positions on the starting grid before the non-starters.
3. Scrutineering 3.1. No Vehicle may be driven in the Event until it has been approved by an ASN Scrutineer at the Event.
3.2. * Vehicles must be presented for scrutineering at the time specified in the Official Documents with any previous Scrutineering Labels removed. Homologation papers and Vehicle Passports must be presented when appropriate.
3.3. Any Competitor not reporting as instructed may be fined, Disqualified or may forfeit any claim to a favourable starting position.
3.4. Classes must be specified in the Official Documents. 3.5. Vehicles being used must comply with Technical Regulations in App. 9. Art. 1 and App. 9 Art. 12.11. c.
